Since being called to the Ontario bar in 2013, Daniel has practiced exclusively in the field of personal injury litigation. He has extensive experience in claims involving motor vehicles, statutory accident benefits disputes including catastrophic claims, trip and falls, disability, employment, medical malpractice, and dog bites. Daniel has developed a reputation as a thorough and diligent lawyer ensuring his client’s cases are handled and advanced with the utmost care and consideration.
Daniel has appeared before the Small Claims Court, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has also appeared before the Licence Appeal Tribunal, Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Social Security Tribunal, Landlord Tenant Board, and Criminal Compensation Board.
Outside the office he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, watching his favorite sport teams, and supporting local charities.
